מצב טיסה הוקדשה ללהקת הפולק-רוק Trees שפעלה לתקופה קצרה בשנות השישים המאוחרות – תחילת שנות ה-70. Trees הוציאו שני אלבומים בלבד ועכשיו הם ראו אור בלייבל Earth אור כחלק ממארז חדש, לצד הקלטות דמו, חומרים מה-BBC ועוד הקלטות נדירות. השעה הראשונה של התכנית הוקדשה ל-Trees לכבוד המארז החדש והשעה השנייה באותה האווירה לעוד פולק-רוק מאנגליה מאותן שנים.
